A minimum order value of £50 net of vat is required or a delivery charge of £15.00 plus vat will be added. A person must be present to sign for the goods being delivered so please ensure an appropriate delivery address is given where someone will be between the hours of 9 to 5 Mon to Fri. Delivery is often within 2 working days unless otherwise advised. It is not normally possible for us to specify a time of day of delivery. Please telephone before placing an order to discuss any special delivery requirements. Note that no orders will be shipped outside mainland UK unless additional delivery costs have been already agreed with Ace Janitorial Supplies Ltd.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notification. Prices may vary from time to time due to special offers, fluctuations in raw materials costs, and so on. We will attempt to ensure the advertised prices are current where possible & any price changes will be advised upon receipt of an order. Goods are accepted as delivered in full if signed for, & any shortfalls, damages or errors must be advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Goods returned for credit must be in 'as new' condition and agreement with Ace Janitorial Supplies Ltd must have been gained. Where goods have been supplied in accordance with the instructions of The Customer then we reserve the right to apply a handling charge of 10% of the invoiced value. The customer will also be responsible for any carriage costs of returns.
